Hello Chris,
Yes she has had a prick test.
I have just come from a case conference about her, and intend to ring
you to discuss.
Still welcome any other experiences of employing somone with this type
of allergy though!

Has a prick test been done to establish true latex allergy? One study
came up with the result that many of those assumed to be allergic to
natural rubber latex were actually suffering from either an irritant
reaction (due to occlusion) or a type IV allergic contact dermatitis?
If the diagnosis is correct then there are ways to handle this. To put
all the possibilities on an e-mail would make this very lengthy indeed.
If you would like to phone me perhaps I can then help.
Regards
Chris
