The practice concerned has raised it with the PCT repeatedly at meetings
with them for the last year or so. I have no doubt it is happening in
other practices too. Since the only result of a report to anyone is
likely to be a load of grief for the practice in this case I don't
think it's appropriate for me to send details to the IT committee or
anyone else. You may believe my report or not as you think fit.
