Hi Bruce
I agree with Brad
However, I have been waiting for you to produce a revised version.
I know the rocks never change but what is keeping you......?

In case it is still of interest to anyone, I have been told by Pearson
Education that my old text book will in future be available through a
print-on-demand scheme. The quality of the photographic reproduction is
not
always as good as the original prinings, and it has a generic cover, but
otherwise it is exactly the same as the last printing. I understand that
the book can be ordered through a bookshop in the regular way, or direct
from Pearson Education Customer Servies in Harlow, UK. They have not
been
able to tell me the price however!
Best wishes to all for 2007
