Had a quick look, I forget exactly where we were with this process (I ask our FLO to give me data when I want it!). We did sign up, I think, can't remember if we had a password or anything though.

Subject: Portable Antiquities Scheme
Have any other HERs/SMRs had trouble signing up for this. We sent off the forms in June 2006 but despite sending a number of e-mails reminding them and them sending us e-mails saying forms have been sent but they will send new ones, nothing ever arrives. Is it just me?
