It has been very gratifying to get so many endorsements of my old book from
list members. The fact is however that I am not going to be doing a second
edition - I tried and just could not make the time.
If anyone out there is interested in joining forces to produce a joint
second edition however, then please get in touch. (With me, not the whole
list ......)
