Hello FSL-ers,
I have been trying to run a within-subject factorial event-related 3x5
ANOVA, as discussed in the thread #001328 (03/03/07). I've set up the full
first-order analysis matrix with 15 inputs (for each of 3x5 conditions) and
30 EVs modelling the mean, 2 differences for the first factor (with 3
levels), 9 differences for the second factor (5 levels) and 18 interaction
terms.
The contrasts are as suggested in the thread, so that the three F-values
model effects of the 2 factors and the interaction term.
However, after pressing "Done" an error is generated: "Problem with
processing the model: child killed: SIGABRT.
I'd appreciate a lot any insight into how to debug the problem.
Thanks-
Giedrius
