Hi,
That all looks fine as long as you have the directory /Users/xuelin/fsl/fsl/bin
and not /Users/xuelin/fsl/bin
Assuming that this is fine, and that there is a space between the "." and
the "${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh" on the second line then I don't know why
it isn't working.
If you still do not get any result when you do:
echo $FSLDIR
in your terminal window, then send us your .bash_profile, .bashrc and .profile
files (whichever ones exist) to our upload site at:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/upload.cgi
along with the reference number.
Once we have these we can look into the problem a little more.
All the best,
Mark

plain text mode. And I didnt see the menu that I can select the plain test mode. I am not sure
whether my mode was plain text mode when I was editing this script. :(
