Hi Ben,

Ah sorry missed this one - you mean copy a shift list from one project to
another right? There is now an option in the DataShifter to do this
directly (without going via an intermediate format) - it'd be great if you
could try it.
In the new release (1.0.16 for FC, 1.0.13 for Analysis) there's a small
problem though that you have to fix first. In the file:
$CCPNMR_TOP_DIR/python/ccpnmr/format/gui/DataShifter.py
on line 1587, change this line:
(label,widget,selectionDict) =
setIoInfo(master,widgetInfo,project,(projectId,'Project',self.selectFile),
forceCreation = True, appendNone = True)
to:
(label,widget,selectionDict) =
setIoInfo(master,widgetInfo,project,(projectId,'Project',self.selectFile,None),
forceCreation = True, appendNone = True)
You can then start the software with:
python $CCPNMR_TOP_DIR/python/ccpnmr/format/gui/DataShifter.py
load in the project to copy from on the left side, the project to copy to
on the right, select the object to copy on the left side, and press the
arrow pointing from left to right next to this object.
Make sure you take a backup of the project you are copying to first - it's
never straightforward to copy objects between projects and things could go
wrong.
