Actually, I have just looked at this and I think there may be a bug (or I am
missing an option somewhere!) with the export of shift lists when you
renumber the resonances using Edit Molecular Systems and change the "Start
Seq Number". When you change the "Start Seq Number" then the change in
residue number happens correctly on all shift lists and peak lists within
Analysis but the change is not reflected in the exported xeasy shift list.
This was why I assumed that xeasy.prot always renumbered its residues to
start from one when I checked the exported shift list (after renumbering the
sequence).
However, if I set this number at the start of a project then it seems to
export with the correct residue number. But again, if I change the Start Seq
Number later on I seem to get problems.
On a seperate note, that Process->Check stereo status prochirals' option in
the FC GUI is very useful, I had forgotten about it.
