Event summary:
The 2006 annual membership meeting and luncheon will be Wednesday, 28 December, 12:00 noon-2:00 pm, at Maggino's Little Italy, 1201 Filbert Street, Philadelphia. There will be family style serving with a cash bar available. Stephen Orgel will be giving the Hugh Maclean Memorial Lecture on "The Dying Pelican."

Thursday, 28 December, Richard Helgerson's Laureate Career, 8:30-9:45 a.m., 411-412, Philadelphia Marriott, Patricia Fumerton presiding and laureations provided by Patrick Cheney, David Lee Miller, and Anne Lake Prescott.
Saturday, 30 December, Spenser's Acoustic Worlds, 1:45-3:00 p.m., 308, Philadelphia Marriott, Heather James presiding with papers by Kenneth Gross, Carol Kaske, Michael Niemczyk, and Jeff Dolven.
