By 2020 more people will die from road traffic injuries than from
HIV/AIDS. Most of these road traffic fatalities occur in low-income
countries. Road traffic injuries can be prevented and the Swedish
International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) addresses this issue
in their new position paper by highlighting how the international
community should respond.
