Right, that one gets bonus marks because it is (I think) an old bug, not a
new (i.e. 1.0.12) one. These notifier bugs are hard to track down from
the traces because they do not say what they were trying to call, but we
found one problem in SecStructureGraphPopup and could not see this
occurring anywhere else, so hopefully that is it. The fix is now on the
update server.
