Good Morning and apologies for cross posting
I hope this finds you well and looking forward to some r n r over the
next couple of weeks.
For those who celebrate the turn of the seasons, may I wish you a joyful
solstice, and for those who celebrate the big man in the red suit, I
hope he is kind to you this year....
The last edition of Overload for 2006 is now available from our website
and looks at communicating the value of IT - sounds like a no-brainer
really! We all know that technology has become a standard but important
part of our daily lives, especially our working ones. But what happens
if you need to change the way people work and change some of the old
software for new? How do you convince people of the merits of the new
system, when it looks like the new system does the same as the old one?
We would like to thank you in advance for forwarding this edition onto
friends, colleagues and other interested readers. Please note that all
back issues of this edition, as well as our registrant resources edition
can be read and/or downloaded from our web site - http://www.iea.com.au
should any of the topics be of interest and use.
Best wishes to you all, I hope you stay safe and I look forward to
speaking to you again in the new year.
P.s.I am getting a lot of bounce backs from systems and organisations
who don't like me "talking" to them. If you feel that you subscribed and
haven't heard from me, it's because I can't tell you that I can't get
through to you.
Regards
Lorraine
