Hello all -
after the first somewhat dispiriting paragraph, the article was very
positive. However, 'be ye not afeared' - when I worked for INMOS (of
blessed memory), all news cuttings <always> started "INMOS, the troubled
semiconductor company, ....." irrespective of the news contained
therein. So lazy writers will always think of us going "Sssh", wearing
twin sets (sorry, chaps), and generally being socially undeveloped,
whether male or female.
I'd very much like Cilip to make this a regular feature - and perhaps
the case/people studies could include people who work in places other
than libraries.
cheers,
