We are using the new EM system for the North (using the National Spine) and
we are some way off being paperless..... a long way.
We have already had to employ more clerical staff and I suspect this will be
the same for most new systems. You are going to need more than a "bit of
money".... for the IT and manpower
I would be interested if anyone is paperless in the UK yet
