So all these highly-skilled practitioners will spend a good part of
their time travelling from one patient to another, a very poor use of
their time.
Where will they send this patient for an X-ray to exclude glass in the
wound? Will they be able to take them there?
What next if there is glass?
The '5-minute patient' is a diagnosis best made in retrospect...
