Hi Paul
I understand believe the Court Service destroys 3 years after order was made
but I find this strange as some orders have been for periods in excess of
this. I would recommend 3 years from when order ends.

Subject: Housing and Anti-Social Behaviour
Dear List Members,
Can anyone advise on a 'best practice' retention period for an 'Acceptable
Behaviour Contract' in a Housing / Anti-Social Behaviour context?
Thanks,
Paul
