Yes it was at the back of my mind. Also, manufacture of diamond is
beginning to mature, making DeBeers sweat. A lot. Such linguistic
gymnastics as "the best diamonds are those *with* flaws" are being
performed in order to differentiate "real" diamonds from
"manufactured".
