The post is available from 1 September 2007 and is fixed-term for two years. The field is open, within the broad area of German Studies, but preference may be given to those who have teaching experience and a research specialism in Film Studies and who would be able to contribute to the work of the School's Centre for World Cinemas.
You will have, or be near completion of, a PhD in a relevant discipline, be developing a publication profile appropriate for submission in the next RAE, and will be able to demonstrate effective teaching skills and a range of delivery techniques and assessment methods.
