POSTGRADUATE OPPORTUNITY - CO-CONVENORS OF THE BACS CHINA POSTGRADUATE
NETWORK (CPN)
The British Association for Chinese Studies (BACS) invites current
postgraduates working in Chinese Studies to become the new convenors of
the
China Postgraduate Network (CPN).
Would you be interested in being a CPN Convenor?
The new convenors will work to make sure that postgraduate members of
the
Association are kept up to date with matters of specific interest to
them. They will also facilitate contact between postgraduate members and
between postgraduate members and the BACS Council.
The Convenors' tasks include:
- circulating information to other postgraduates via the CPN email
distribution list
- keeping the CPN pages of the BACS website up to date
- making contributions to the BACS Bulletin
- helping to organise postgraduate sessions at the BACS Annual
Conference
- representing the interests of postgraduate members at BACS Council
meetings
