Hello,
I just tried creating a new window and the Reference... was still ok (and
also if I just used a cloned new window). So puzzling.
On the scaling front, it was intended to scale relative to the center but
I agree that is not sensible so I've changed it to scale relative to 0
now. A fix is on the update server (for WindowPopup).
