This is easy to add to the next release. Because of data model changes I
don't want to patch immediately. However you can hack the chain code in
yourself:
In EditPeakDrawParamsPopup.py setSimpleAnnotations(), change the two
instances of:
bText = '%d%s' % (residue.seqCode,code1Letter)
To:
bText = '%s%d%s' % (residue.chain.code,residue.seqCode,code1Letter)

I tried this but I seem to have re awoken an old problem if the
resonance is assigned to multiple chains i just get *'s The quick fix
seems to be to change
if bList:
for bText in bList:
if bText == bList[0]:
aText = bList[0]
else:
aText = '*'
break
to
if bList:
for bText in bList:
if bText == bList[0]:
aText = bList[0]
else:
aText = ','.join(bList)
#'*'
break

bu this does produce slightly ugly output... e.g A6Q,B6Q as opposed to A/B6Q
