Hello,
That warning means that Analysis was compiled with one version of Python
(in this case 2.4) and you are using another version of Python (in this
case 2.5) to run it. In my experience the code will either crash or if
not you will be fine in spite of the warnings. The only way to get around
this is to use the older version of python to run Analysis or to
re-compile analysis. (cd into ccpnmr1.0/c. Make sure environment.txt
points to the correct Python and the correct Tcl/Tk for that Python.
That might be true already. Then do "make clean" and "make".)
