It's funny you should say that. Our radiologists are now coming out with the
standard "disclaimer" along the lines, "CT cannot exclude ligamentous
abnormality which might lead to spinal instability".
Seems to me our radiologists are plumbing new depths of avoiding
responsibility for patient management. They don't see any patients, they
don't shoulder any responsibility, they don't make any decisions etc, except
when that decision is NOT to carry out an examination, in which case they're
always very purposeful.
Sorry, I could go on...I'm only just getting warmed up...best stop while I'm
still ahead.

Normal CT and normal X-Ray usually ends up with our Neurosurgical colleagues
suggesting flexion / extension views.....which I feel fairly lacking in
confidence to review. Anyone like them?
