Hello All
We are in the process of introducing an EDRMS which will include
personnel files. Some managers have concerns about the
admissibility/acceptability of scanned documents to the Employment
tribunal. While we can explain about adhering to PD0008 there is
nothing like referencing actual experience. Does anyone on the list
have experience they can share (either on or off list?).
