Hi Rosie,
The first one should be easy because you're already using the function to
create a list of figures - assuming you used the caption function to label
them as Tables okay - go to Insert > Index and Tables... > Table of
Figures > then select Table from the list under Caption Label.
For the second question, I'm not sure it's possible to do it
automatically, but you could work round it by printing the headers and
footers for the landscape pages from a dummy document with no body text,
then use these sheets to print on (remembering to delete the headers and
footers from the landscape pages in your thesis). Not ideal though - let
me know if you find a better solution!
