Hello to all from the West (Wet?) Midlands.
I can't resist the temptation to take part in Andy's competition and get
the ball rolling, so here are my suggestions for alternative names for
the list:
(1) The long-winded:
"Mega Online Opportunity Discussing Learning Environment" (MOODLE!)
(2) "MCUK" = Moodle Communications UK (inspired by the controversial
fashion brand FCUK)
(3) Or something simple and convenient: "Pot Moodle"

Subject: a Little competition
Dear All
Just a little bit of fun. The FE Moodle list is functional if a bit
boring as a title.
How about competition to name the list members. I like the moodle meet
ups being called Moodle Moots for example maybe something in that vain.
Also a short couple of lines what your doing with moodle. I have set up
a Frappr map at http://www.frappr.com/femoodlelist . It would be really
good if any of you are blogging or willing to blog your successes
frustration with implementing using moodle.
The winner of the competition judged by myself and Tim Harrison (I
haven't asked him ;-)) will receive 3 memory sticks of various sizes I
just happen to have lying around. Closing date Monday 6th November at
8.00am
