It has come to my attention that there are Trustees and Officers within the
BCODP/DANDA who are not 'declaring their personal interests', which is
putting them in conflict and disrepute with the CAWRB and Disabled Peoples'
Movement, due to these individuals not informing us all of their
'personal-interests' with other parties, charities and groups that are in
full support of 'New' Labours 'welfare-reforms', especially has some of
these individuals are working and are members of these Political Groups,
like 'NEW' Labour, Guide Dogs for the Blind, MENCAP, Scope etc...
.....then they have signed-up as 'Chairs' and 'Officers' of DANDA, BCODP etc
claiming that they fully support CAWRB and Disabled Peoples' movement on
these Government 'welfare reforms'. What does that say?
They need to decide which side they are 'with'? They can have their fingers
in both sides of the debate. Some of these individuals need to search very
deep in the 'consciences' and 'hearts and minds' and make a decision on who
they support, then inform us all, then, when I speak with these individuals
then I know whom I am 'speaking-with' and whom they are repesenting.
I then know that I have they 'informed-choice' to not to discuss these
matter with these 'false-witnesses' and I can choose to stay with those I
can trust and are totally against the Government Welfare Reforms bill within
the Disabled Peoples' Movement and CAWRB.
They have a satutory duty under Charity Law declare to all members of the
public, including the 'crip' commuity of their 'personal-interests'. See

I tried to make complaints about certain individuals working within BCODP
and DANDA on this matter and when I rang the BCODP I came up against
defensive behaviour which caused me gerat distress.
Have I not got the right as an Autisc/Neurodiverse 'crip' to make complaints
as a member of the BCODP and DANDA and a concerned member of the public
involved within the local, national and International disabled peoples'
movement and bring it to attention to other too?
When I tried to make my complaints I asked to speak with the Complaints
Officer at the BCODP and I was informed they don't have one and also they
could not assist in providing me with any support in transcription of my
complaints over the phone as an Autistic/Neurodiverse disabled person.
I was informed by BCODP Officers that they had no training on DDA,
especially s18-21. THey have had no DET too. What does that say about te
BCODP.
I have difficulties using a computer keyboard and this causes me great pain
and distress due to me not having any assistive-technology and support I
have been assessed as needing.
I am feeling really hart and distressed by tghe way |I felt mistreated and
abused by certain officers within the BCODP and I have informed Mike Higgins
and Steve Blades of this incident which has really made me question the true
validity of how the BCODP can state they are the 'voice' of ALL disabled
people.
It does not feel like they are respresenting my 'crip' voice in the way I
am been badly mistreated this morning.
All I was trying to do is bring honesty and intergrity within the disabled
peoples' movement by bringing those individuals to account who are stating
they representining 'our' values and beliefs of the diisabled peoples'
movement and CAWRB, then they are being totally being 'hypocritical' and
'dishonest' in their behaviour when they are not 'declaring their personal
interests' to us all.
Where has their 'integrity' and 'scruples' gone by those in powerful
position within these Disabled Peoples' Organistioans who 'publically-state'
they share our 'values and beliefs' and 'our' 'common-goals' to fight for
basic human rights and civil liberities for ALL disabled people, not the
'FEW' within more privaleged positions and backgrounds.
Yours
Colin Revell
