On the other hand I think this is a gross example of media manipulation of
emotion and the demonisation of asperger's syndrome not so much as autism
lite but as autism wild and nasty.
I have no tears in my eyes, I simply rage against the media who are only out
for a good story and who aid and abet the societal construction of outcasts
and pariahs from those whom society already dis-ables
This leads not to more concern or pressures for reform but to rampant
nimbyism and direct prejudice against individuals in the community
