TO WHOM IT MAY CONCEN who have a moral, ethical and legal duty to protect
all our children from all forms of cruelty and abuse across the EU and
global world.
See link:- http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2006/10/353450.html
Some of these children are disabled too. This is a shocking story which
needs to be investigated swiftly and promptly without any futher delays by
someone, especially within the EU Parliament, ECHR and UN.
This is why the disabled peoples' movement campaign pro-actively to put an
end to all 'institutions', especially more now within the 'private-sector'
where 'profits' will be more important then 'human-welfare' and protection
of all vulnerable children and adults from all forms of 'abuse' and
'explotiation'.
I thought there was a European 'FULL-STOP' campaign by NSPCC and all EU
Governments to 'STOP' all forms of child abuse.

I will be emailing a copy of this story to the NSPCC for their urgent
attention and also to Anne McGuire, UK Disabled Peoples Minister.
