You can readily run it by making a macro:
def clearAllMarks(argServer):
from ccpnmr.analysis.MarkBasic import removeMarks
project = argServer.getProject()
removeMarks(project, removeAll=True)
Removing all marks will appear in the interface as standard at
some stage.
