pleased to announce this international conference run under the auspice
of IFIP WG 9.3 <http://www.ifip.or.at/>
The purpose of the conference is to present papers and exchange ideas
between and among researchers from different disciplines relating to the
development of information and communication technologies for home and
community applications. The participants will include researchers and
specialists from universities, research organizations, industry and
government.
One of the major themes of the conference is the emerging economies and
the rural sector.
