JALN, Asian Journal of Distance Education, Distances et savoirs, EURODL,
IRRODL and Open Praxis are calling for papers for a special issue to be
published jointly by the journals in 2008 on the influence of online
education on the “right to education,” as defined in the 1948 Universal
