As far as I am aware an organisation is prohibited in selling, circulating
or otherwise disseminating information without the prior permission of the
individual, or organisation concerned.
The best thing I can advised you to do is to go onto the Information
Commissioner's Office at www.ico.gov.uk were you can find information on the
data protection act and how to proceed.
