It is obviously very useful to have pool draining functionality, but it is
not immediately obvious to me why it would be necessary to implement the
Tape0Disk1 storage class (which is what GridPP Tier-2s will provide). That
being said, I will try and raise the point during the meeting.
You can already drain pools in dCache and the DPM feature should be
working in the next release (it's already present in v1.5.7, but there is
a problem with the permissions which prevents it working).
