Dear Developers
I am currently searching for new connections using the excellent "Link
Sequential Spin Systems" feature (and will be for some time). However it
doesn't seem to cope very well with searching several spectra at once. i.e.
It searches additively bringing up duplicate matches and If I search HNCO,
HNCACO, HNCA and HNCACO. The "query" and "matches" windows jump to a ppm
somewhere inbetween the two spectra. If I add a horizontal separator it gets
wiped out each time the matches window updates.
What I have taken to doing instead is searching on one pair of connection
spectra (i.e. HNCO & HNCACO) and then manually checking the connections in
strip plots of my other spectra (HNCOCA-HNCO, HNCACB & HNOE). I am happy
with this routine but it could be made significantly quicker if I could
navigate to more than one window at once (but not all windows). Is there
currently a way to do this? If not would it be possible to have such a
feature. One way I could envisage this working (speaking as a user who has
no idea of programming) would be to have a function where you set a "custom
multiple window selection" which would then appear in navigation lists
through out the programme. i.e. right click navigate, peak list editor etc.
Does this sound reasonable or alternativeley does anyone have a more
efficient way of searching for connections?
Many thanks and best regards
Stephen
