Hi,
Yes this is the Product range, we currently have the sa3000 which is not
on this page.
We have been using this for about 10 months and so far we have had no
problems. Everything is done through internet explorer, staff and
students are able to access there my documents and their departmental
drive.
This service also lets you connect to your server using Terminal
Services or the new Remote Desktop Control in XP.
Best Regards

Dear Mark
Is this the product range?
http://www.juniper.net/products/ssl/
which do you have in your college?
It looks as though a very attractive feature is the lack of a software
client to load onto the local pc.

Hi,
We don't use our VLE system, we use a VPN system called Juniper which
can be used by Staff and Students from home. This is more secure and is
very easy to use.

Subject: [VLES] Network Storage via a VLE from home - HOW
Has anyone made their network storage (often referred to as home drives)
available to their learners when they are using a computer from home.
I'm sure I have seen it done somewhere. A link was put into their VLE
and
it caused what looked like windows explorer to open so that a person
could
just drag and drop files onto and off of their college network space.
We are keen to get this type of scenario working and wondered how other
people had done it and what pitfalls await us.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
Thanks
Heather
