Dear List,
I have posted some information for the Social Network Conference, which
will talk about how Blogs, Podcasting, Instant Messaging etc change the
traditional models of managing knowledge and the way people do business.
(You can also find this in today's issue of the Telegraph.)
Here is some updated news for this conference:
· We are proud to announce Telegraph Business Club as our media
partner.
· The American company Cerado, is supporting us with a popular social
networking software, Haystack. This has been set up as UNICOM Social
Networking for the purposes of this conference - this will definitely make
the event more interactive and fun! Conference delegates will have FREE
access to this tool, and as such will have the opportunity to determine
beforehand whom they absolutely want to connect with at the conference, and
perhaps even schedule meetings. Delegates can also reconnect electronically
with those individuals they didn't have the opportunity to interact in
depth with at the event due to time constraints.
· Some of the many organisations already attending this conference
include: Allianz Cornhill BBC BT BDO Stoy Hayward E.ON UK plc
Friends Provident plc Henley Management College Highways Agency IBM
IdeA Improvement & Development Agency Incisive Media Lancaster
University Mgt School Leeds City Council London Borough of Lambeth

Please feel free to contact me for further details of the conference and
the academic discount.
