Hi there,
you'll find an interesting article in the current copy of Qualitative
Research Vol.6(3)p.301-317 'Expressions of personhood in Alzheimer's: moving
from ethnographic text to performing ethnography.' Pia C.Kontos and Gary
Naglie. I get the impression that there is a rich tradition of drama and
performance in health and medical education which should be worth exploring
for examples.

I am interested in locating examples of performance ethnography or
literature describing the form of performance ethnography. I am aware of
Denzin's book
(2003) and a chapter by McCall in Denzin and Lincoln's
(2003) Strategies of Qualitative Inquiry. Any further information you can
share that would aid in understanding and constructing performance
ethnography would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for any help that you can give.
