Hi Katie,Katja and Wenli,
Thank you all for the information, I will have a try.
At the moment, I am telling my students to ask their
parents to post the textbooks from China and some
reference books as well. Most of my students came to the
UK at 14 years old and they have little Chinese literature
background, I feel there is a huge gap between their
current level and IB level even though they are doing
their first language A1. What do you think?
As for the selftaught students, to what extent should we
give the supervision? Especially the second detailed study
part, shall we give them lessons as High level students?
Any of your experience and comment, I would like to share.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Rui
