Hi,
I did a presentation at the recent Ticer (digital libraries) Summer School
on the relevance of video games to the wider library sector.
The presentation is a 4Mb Powerpoint file. Some of it, out of the context of
the lecture theatre, may not make sense (there were also 6 movies of games
in action, chiefly Nintendogs, Wario Ware and Brain Train).
The presentation can be downloaded here:

Am developing this further. Are there other areas, or ways, in which video
games are relevant to libraries, be they public, academic, specialist,
private, or online?
Cheers,
John Kirriemuir
