Subject: learning impact of e-portfolios. Invitation to tender
All
In our process of delving into the potential of e-portfolios, however
they
might be defined, we have identified a need for robust evidence of the
impact of e-portfolio processes on learning (as opposed to formal
assessment and transition processes). In particular, we are interested
in
learner retention; motivation and engagement; attainment and
progression.
We are therefore announcing an invitation to tender of a 6 month piece
of
work evaluating up to 8 (identified) projects across a range of sectors
and audiences and demonstrating very different approaches to supporting
learning.
The full invitation to tender, with details about the size and scope of
the chosen projects is available by emailing
[log in to unmask] We need expertise in this field to do
justice to what promises to be a fascinating look into changing models
of
learning across sectors, with no presuppositions about the likely
outcomes. If you do request the ITT, please ensure that the subject
heading contains the word e-portfolios.
Completed tenders will need to be with us by midday on 29 September.
Kind regards
Amanda Black
