Dear all,
I too would like to support the nomination of Herve Colas - a good guy - with losts of ideas [and a fellow Merleau-Ponty enthusiast!]
Best regards

Subject: Herve Colas for Aacorn
I like to nominate Herve Colas for Aacorn membership.
Herve took part in the caucus meeting at the academy of management in Atlanta and many of you will have the chance to talk to him this week at the Art of Management conference in Krakow.
Herve wrote several papers about aesthetics in organizations, especially in corporate governance, and he made presentations in conferences about understanding the motivations of entrepreneurs through the philosophy of arts (Merleau Ponty especially).
Herve entered the academic life in 1996 after a 10 years long career of financial consulting for cities in France. He wrote a PHD on rites and symbols in organizational life using ethnomethodology. Presently herve is a professor of entrepreneurship at Reims University in France (Where the champagne comes from). At the same time he started painting and sold some paintings to organizations: http://rv.aisne.net/
With this background, his activities and his strong interest in the arts, aesthetics and creativity field will make Herve Colas a suitable member of Aacorn.
Best/
Stefan
