University of East Anglia piloted INVU around 2002/3 in their Research and Contracts Office, on a stand-alone machine. At the time I left, things were stalled because the project money had run out. I don't know if it has been rolled out - I think the true cost of adding documents to the system and in particular, networking it, came as a bit of a surprise in some quarters (sounds familiar doesn't it?).
It isn't an avenue I would go down, but I'm famously cautious about EDRM.

Hi,
Has anyone come across or used a system called Invu for document
management? Someone in our organisation is keen on signing up with them
but we don't know that much about the system. Any info about it would be
appreciated.
Alternatively can anyone recommend another document management system
for a not for profit organisation?
Many thanks,
Kirsten Guthrie
