The RMS Retention Schedule was developed prior to this issue being
acknowledged.
I shall ensure it is dealt with as part of the current exercise to
co-locate retention data with the LGCS, which will follow the TNA
guidance, unless anyone has a better idea?

Subject: Retention of Access to Information requests
Morning all
Could I just check something? In the RMS-GB guidance there is a
retention
period of 6 years for "Management of detailed responses on Council
actions, policy or procedure" does this cover FOI/DPA/EIR requests?
I would be interested in hearing views on this.
