Although the PIG discussion list was intended for PREMIS, there has been
plenty of discussion about preservation metadata in general. There aren't
too many other contenders in terms of a data element set for preservation
metadata, but if there were we could broaden its scope. It is an open list
and we welcome anyone on the DC Preservation list to join:
