So can you see it literally skip a beat (so to speak) or is it a matter of
a rounding error? If it's the former then that sounds like the event
might be accidentally triggering a double update (but I haven't noticed
that happening myself). On the other hand, sometimes, because of rounding
errors I think, you get more than one plane even in a thin-as-possible
scrollbar.
