To clone a shift list, move all the experiments from which you want to use
shift information to a new shift list. Then put the experiments back to
their original shift list as required.

Shift Match Distance Constraints works with whichever shift list is
associated with the peak list in question, i.e. the shift list of the peak
list's experiment. If you don't like that shift list, swap it at the
experiment level.
