Here is the (late) round-up for August. In summary, it looks like
everyone is on holiday - nothing much happening unless you are in
Edinburgh or London!

Except where otherwise noted ([#]), these are BCS, BSC Specialist Group
or BCS branch events.
Full details of the following events and last minute notification of any
changes can be found on the individual Branch websites.
BCS Branch events are generally free for both BCS members and
non-members, but some events are charged for and some require
pre-booking, so please check. Note that location information refers to
the organising Branch, not necessarily the location of the event.
Remember, these events typically count towards BCS CPD, 0.5 CPD units
per hour, or 0.75 units per hour for workshops.
