Program Manager, Episcopal Migration Ministries
The Program Manager is a senior EMM staff position with responsibility
for administering EMM’s contracts for resettlement related activities.
The position provides oversight and performs a grant management function
with EMM affiliates. The Program Manager does site visits to monitor
affiliates for contract compliance and to provide technical assistance
and training. The Program Manager also works with affiliates to develop
new programming and resources, and acts as a primary program liaison
with affiliates.
Other responsibilities include writing proposals and reports, serving on
interagency committees and task forces, liaising with federal government
agencies, and assisting in planning and participating in EMM trainings
and conferences.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience in the
resettlement field. Experience at both local and national levels is
desirable, as is overseas experience. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills required. A minimum of a college degree is required.
This position reports to EMM’s Associate Director and provides
supervision to an Assistant Program Manager.
The starting salary is commensurate with experience and the DFMS
